Mindfulness & Yoga
I teach “mindfulness in everyday life” to assist with connecting to present moment and living a vital life. This skill helps us respond rather than react to all that life throws our way. I also offer yoga practices tailored to your life’s needs, whether that be to energize and motivate you, assist in finding balance, or strategies to slow down in our anxious, fast paced world. At the end of our work you will have a home practice made just for you.
