Compassion Workshop Session One

WHAT IS COMPASSION?

During this 1.5 hour workshop you will learn what compassion is and how it impacts your mind, body, and relationships. We will discuss how compassion promotes connection and collaboration rather than comparisons and competition. You will learn about the science behind the scenes, the common barriers to practicing compassion, and the reason it’s worth the effort. You will be introduced to skills and practices that cultivate compassion.
