In our fast paced world there are fewer and fewer opportunities for our system to slow down. Interestingly enough, its a paradox. The more we rest, the more energy and ability to accomplish our goals! In this class you will learn tools to embody the balance between strength and ease. This in turn will promote a sense of well-being and presence in your life. All levels welcome.
