What I offer
Through yoga philosophy and my studies of neuroscience we work towards building balance internally so we may connect to our best self and work towards balance externally. We work with body, mind, spirit, and community building a whole, integrated sense of self. I individualize treatment programs based on the unique needs of each individual. Our sessions will include interactive, insight building conversations, education/teaching, and in session guided practices of self-compassion & mindfulness. Please see my list of services to find the right modality for you. Contact me if you’re uncertain and I will help you decide.
I am available for sessions for Washington State residents both in my downtown Seattle office and via video-conference/phone. In my experience, and according to the research, remote sessions are equally impactful to in person meetings.
I am passionate about supporting others in discovering (or re-discovering) their inner, true selves and then embodying this sense of self as they walk through this world. An individual who has accepted themselves may then connect more fully with others; moving with freedom towards what they care about. Through our relationship, and with my training, we build a safe environment where transformation can occur. Together we will clarify your goals, put together a plan, and along the way I will encourage you to be open, vulnerable, aware, and present. This is a collaborative process and I would be honored to embark on a journey of exploration and growth with you.
